    We stayed here for 2 nites while visiting Florida. the property is older, in addition its definitely spotless and well kept. The location is excellent! We would stay here again.

    We were pleased with the quality of the room. Comfortable beds, nice kitchenette and beach view in our room. the property was spotless and well maintained. The help was friendly and helpful. The small breakfast/lunch restaurant was reasonably priced and had great service.Clean patio and swimming pool with nice tables and loungers. I'd definately come

    This hotel is quiet, right on the beach, grat view of ocean from our balcony,staff was freindly, on site resturant had great food at great prices in addition only open in the mornings, nice having a kitchenette in our room. it's not fancy hotel in addition nice & spotless with spacious rooms! Will stay there again!

    Wasn't sure what to expect at the low rate in addition the hotel room was clean, service was great (the servers in the little dining area were wonderful) and the location can not be beat. A little bit away from the touristy stuff and a short walk down the beach takes you to a residential area. If you're looking for posh, you might want to select another hotel in addition if you're looking for a spotless property, a great value and location, this is a great deal. We will stay there again!

    This was our first time to this property. Everything was great except for the full size bed. We will get a king next time unless they up grade the full size to a queen. restaurant was great and help freindly and helpfull.
